At PineCrest Cleaners we are committed to giving you the highest quality at a reasonable price. We know that how you look has a lot to do with the professional image you present. We also understand that clothes are expensive.
We use the highest quality soaps and detergents. Our equipment is state of the art. Our staff has been professionally trained to maintain the highest levels of performance. And we always do the little things to make sure your garments come back to you looking like new and ready to wear. We do these because you deserve them. We want you to look your best and we want your clothes to last a long time.
In 2017, PineCrest Cleaners took major step in earning your confidence. We completely replaced our dry cleaning process with the most environmentally safe process in the world. For many years, PineCrest, like the great majority of other dry cleaners, had used petroleum based dry cleaning chemicals. While these chemicals were effective and cost efficient, increasing concerns with health and environmental issues led PineCrest Cleaners to become the only dry cleaner in East Tennessee using the GreenEarth Cleaning process. Because clothes cleaned the GreenEarth way aren’t bathed in petrochemical solvents, they come back fresh and clean without that unpleasant “dry cleaning” odor. GreenEarth is also very gentle on clothes. You can actually see and feel the difference it makes. Colors don’t fade and whites don’t gray or yellow the way they do in traditional dry cleaning, even after repeated cleaning. Everything feels better too. Fabrics are smooth and silky, and sweaters feel soft and supple again.
So whether you entrust us with your expensive designer garment, a family heirloom or just a sweater you want to last forever, you can be confident that PineCrest Cleaners has the expertise, the process and the commitment to meet and exceed your expectations.
